Heat Pump Capacity
This app can be used for all new system start-ups and seasonal maintenance on existing systems. The technician can enter the volts, amps, supply and return dry bulb temperatures with the electric heat on and the operating CFM will be calculated. Enter the supply and return the supply and return dry bulb temperatures with the compressor on and the total heat pump capacity will be calculated. Compare this total to the manufacturer’s data at the given outdoor ambient temperature.
