How do I join?

Can I sign up my employees for access?
Yes! We offer group plans in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 (if you need more, you can order multiple blocks). Each block offers a discount. Click here to learn more about group plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, there's a free 3-day trial for our monthly individual plan. Just choose that plan when you signup. Learn more here.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click here and then click the link to cancel your subscription next to the appropriate invoice. (If you're a sub-user, then only the primary account holder can cancel your account.)
What does “beta” or “coming soon” mean?
If you see "beta" next to the name of an app in our library, that means the app is still undergoing testing and should be considered to be in beta. You can still use the app, but let us know if you encounter any issues by using the help desk. Once an app is out of beta, the "beta" label will be removed. "Coming Soon" is fairly self explanatory -- we're working on it, and close enough to be able to announce it! Once an app marked "coming soon" is available, our subscribers will be the first to know!
I have a question about how to use a specific app, what do I do?
The quickest way to get help when you're a subscriber is to use the Help Desk. Create a ticket and we will respond as soon as we can. By using the Help Desk, you can track your support request and enable us to respond more quickly. Click here to access the Help Desk.
Will this work on my iPad, Android, BlackBerry, etc?
CalcuNow is used in your mobile device's web browser, and each app has been designed to adjust itself to work in your device's screen. In this way, you are not locked into a particular type of device with its own app store limitations. You DO need an Internet connection to access CalcuNow; your cellular data service should work fine. There are a couple of apps which work best on tablets, simply because they require a lot of different information that will be more user-friendly on the larger screen of a tablet. These apps include a note indicating that they are best for tablets on their app description pages. (These particular apps will work on smartphones, but you may need to move the page back and forth in order to enter the data.)
How do I save/print the results of an app?
You can follow your device's instructions to take a screenshot of your app -- each device has its own procedure, but they all allow it -- and store the image for future use or printing. If you use iPhone/iPad or an Android device, there are several apps available that convert a web screenshot to PDF for even easier sharing and printing. Some of these apps are free, while some more full-featured apps cost a small amount ($1.99 to $3.99). Search your app store for the right app for you.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use PayPal to process all payments. This guarantees your payment information is protected with the most secure encryption available; in fact, we never even see your credit card information. To further increase your security and control over your payments, you will need a PayPal account to create a CalcuNow account. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry, you will be able to create one very easily when you subscribe to CalcuNow.
What if I need more than 20 user accounts?
We do have an option available for very large bulk user and reseller accounts for 100 or more users. Contact us directly for more information by using the contact form on our Help page.
